Unforgettable 10/10 experience What an unbelievable overall experience. My wife and I went while on our honeymoon and it may of been the best experience of the trip. We have done many other cooking classes in other countries, but what stood out was how friendly and welcoming Enza and her family are. You truly feel emerged in their culture. We started with a charcuterie appetizer and prosecco, followed by learning to make homemade pasta. Fabulous event - highly recommend This was truly a fabulous event. It was a small intimate group of about 10 people of all ages. We had fun getting to know one another and felt right at home. Enza and her family participate making you feel like you have family in puglia. The food was delicious and it was fun to learn how to make pasta. We we’re welcomed with warmth and curiosity, and everything felt very authentic. Enza and her family shared recipes and stories about their food, their home and Puglia. La dolce vita Un moment inoubliable! Une famille formidable! Des recettes délicieuses! Nous avons passé une excellente soirée en compagnie d'Enza, Antonio et leurs filles. On débute par un apéritif mémorable avec des produits maison et du jardin qui permet de faire connaissance avec les autres "invités". On se sent immédiatement en famille. Tout le monde est aux petits soins pour que nos pâtes ressemblent à de vraies orrechiete italiennes. Même Josh, le gendre Canadien, nous donne des instructions précieuses. Accueil, musique, vins, dessert et même vidéo finale de nos meilleurs moments... autant de détails qui font la différence ! Partecipare a questa cooking class è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile! Enza e Antonio, una coppia straordinaria: ospitali, sorridenti e pieni di passione. Fin dal nostro arrivo ci hanno accolto come vecchi amici, facendoci sentire subito a casa. Tutto si è svolto in un'atmosfera calda e familiare, arricchita dalla presenza del loro cane e del loro gatto, entrambi adorabili e coccoloni. Prima di iniziare a cucinare ci hanno accolto con un aperitivo delizioso, fatto di prodotti locali freschissimi e buonissimi: formaggi, salumi, verdure... un vero assaggio di Puglia. Poi abbiamo imparato a fare le orecchiette e i maccheroni, seguendo le loro spiegazioni chiare e piene di passione. Mentre cucinavamo e chiacchieravamo, il sole calava regalando un tramonto spettacolare. Alla fine, abbiamo gustato tutti insieme ciò che avevamo preparato, accompagnati da ottimi vini e una crema di limoncello top! Come ricordo speciale, ci hanno fatto un video di tutta l'esperienza, cosi da poterla rivivere ogni volta che vogliamo. We found Enza’s cooking class on Google and booked it because of the reviews. We knew a pleasant evening is waiting for us, but I must admit it blew me away. The cooking spot was beautiful, hosts were very welcoming and hearty, and food was delicious! They had an amazing appetiser platter prepared for us, then Enza showed us how to make 2 types of pasta from scratch, then prepared 2 different meals for us. The evening was finished with homemade cake. Everything accompanied with drinks and wine. The atmosphere of the whole evening was friendly, the hosts made us feel at home and also prepared a little surprise for us in the end. We had so much fun at Enza’s cooking class. Enza and Antonio welcomed us to their beautiful home where we enjoyed many Italian drinks and local appetizers including some of Antonio’s mama’s special recipe bruschetta style spreads. It was really fun to make pasta from scratch. We made both orecchiette and pugliesi maccheroni.  Enza cooked up both pastas in sauce made from fresh local ingredients.   It was delicious.  We also learned a lot about Puglia culture, agriculture and industry from Antonio. This is the best cooking class in Puglia! We had an amazing time. Vanaf het eerste moment voelde ik me welkom: ik werd hartelijk ontvangen door de twee ontzettend lieve eigenaren. Ik kon de auto makkelijk parkeren op het terrein, en bij binnenkomst stond er al een prachtige plank klaar vol heerlijke lokale hapjes en drankjes; echt een warm begin. Het samen koken was ontzettend leuk, met Italiaanse muziek op de achtergrond en een gezellige, ontspannen sfeer. Na het koken genoten we samen van de gerechten die we hadden gemaakt, met heerlijke wijnen uit de streek. De eigenaar filmde de hele workshop en aan het einde kreeg iedereen een superleuk filmpje toegestuurd als aandenken. Zo origineel en persoonlijk!
